Frequently asked questions

How does Pecker Nectar work?

Pecker Nectar is not a magic potion. It simply contains a natural detoxifier for your body that counteracts the effects our dietary choices we make every day. Taking two after a meal or even simply taking one a day works to sweeten the flavor and aroma of your fluids by reducing the pH levels.

How can I make my semen taste better?

Water, water, water. Water helps flush toxins and strong tasting foods from your system. While Pecker Nectar can help you produce better tasting semen, it works even better if you watch your diet, avoid garlic, onions and too much coffee and drink water. The human body is composed of about 60% water, which means you need it to survive. Drinking eight, 16 oz. containers of water daily is recommended. If you’re focused on producing better tasting semen, this is your first form of attack. Make sure you fill up.

Is Pecker Nectar manufactured in a peanut free facility?

All present and in the future, Pecker Nectar products are manufactured in a peanut free facility.

My shipment sat in my hot mailbox for days. Is it still safe to take?

What's the difference between semen and sperm?

Semen is the whitish fluid that comes out of the penis when a person ejaculate comes — well, usually, but not always. Sperm are male reproductive cells and are just one component of semen. The terms get thrown around interchangeably. Semen is actually a combination of mature sperm and fluids from the prostate, the seminal vesicles, and bulbourethral glands. Whew, that's a mouthful.

How many calories are in the average semen ejaculation?

According to the internet, the average ejaculation contains about 5 millimeters or a teaspoon of fluid, depending on things like recent use and your overall health. It's a lower-calorie option than peanut butter or mayonnaise, so do with that what you will.

Does semen really have as much protein as an egg white?

What? No. It's not magic sauce. An egg white has 11 grams of protein. A 2013 nutritional study of semen measure 5,040 milligrams of protein in a 100 millilitre sample. Since the average sample is closer to 5 millilitres, that means that in the average outing, you're only going to find around 252 mg of protein,

Is it true that semen has as much vitamin C as in an orange?

That's just a rumor. Semen contains Vitamin C along with a whole host of minerals and acids, but not in the kind of quantities that are going to make your cold go away faster. Your boyfriend may be lying to you.

Is it safe to swallow semen?

Unless you're allergic to it, yes. It's extremely rare, but some people suffer from seminal plasma hypersensitivity and react poorly to semen. For everyone else, there is nothing harmful in semen, to a point. Semen can carry sexually transmitted infections up to, and including HIV/AIDS. It's never a bad idea to have an open conversation with your partner about their STI status. We support regular testing. Have fun, but safety first.

Is semen really a stress reliever and mood booster?

Maybe? There’s some research that shows there could be natural antidepressant properties in semen. endorphins oxytocin serotonin prolactin estrone thyrotropin-releasing hormone Apparently, those who were directly exposed to semen showed significantly better mood and fewer symptoms of depression. That's just research though, not hard science. That said, the National Health Service of the United Kingdom points out that engaging in sexual activity in general is linked to a decrease in depression.

I'm new to all this. What does semen taste like?

How does alcohol and nicotine effect my semen?

Anecdotal evidence suggests that alcohol can give semen a more bitter, pungent, or sour flavor, but it depends on what you're drinking. There isn't a guide per se, but hard liquors are said to be worse for you than beer or wine. Nicotine will do the same. We should also point out that both substances are related to lowered sperm motility, quality, and quantity.

Is it better to spit or swallow?

The only time the safety of either option should be considered unsafe is when the STI status of your partner is unclear. Outside of that, you can do either safely, depending on your preference.
